RED WHITE AND BLUE 2010!!!

Happy 4th of July! It's always Christmas in July for our family because we have so many birthdays in June and July. We have some family visiting from out of town this weekend which means a lot of food and lot of activities! This morning we went to Woodstock's 4th of July Parade. The weather was perfect - not too hot and not too cloudy. Below is an adorable little girl who let me take her picture after she had her hair painted at one of the booths in the city park.

I love parades..........especially small town parades. Below is the beginning of the Woodstock parade. This would have been a great day to rob a bank because every Woodstock police and Sheriff's deputy were at the parade.

Gregg's brother and his family were visiting us from North Carolina.

What would a parade be without miniature ponies?

and our local hipster Hell's Angels?

Another cutie with Seuss-like hair!
Adam, Gregg, Kelly and Madison

After a full day of parades and eating too much we headed over to watch fireworks at Target. We parked in the Home Depot parking lot and watched from the front lawn of Home Depot.

We had a great day. Tomorrow ................ Sunflower Festival in Rutledge, Georgia
