AUBURN - PART DEUX

On my recent trip to Auburn, Kelly and I stopped by to visit a shop named PERCH. It is close to The Gnu's Room, Mama Mocha's and Amsterdam's on Gay Street. Barbara Birdsong is the very creative owner and jewelry designer. You can buy her beautiful and wonderfully displayed jewelry or MAKE YOUR OWN! She has everything from fine stones to felted balls to make your own necklace.

Look at the very creative way to display jewelry - vintage photos and Christmas ornament hangers!

Barbara's studio is a feast for the eyes and the perfect backdrop for her displays.

Fresh roses on an antique mantle........the perfect touch!

She has a huge selection of beads, stones and colors........perfect for the bride or a little girl's Princess party!

Love these vintage frames and trophy antlers displayed on the crisp white walls!

Vintage bowling pins in the front window also display more jewelry.

The next time you are in Auburn, stop by PERCH at 416 S. Gay Street or call 334-209-1378 for more information. You can also check out her website here.

Love that turquoise table!

While in Auburn..............and this photo of Aubie is especially for Elisha!

Asher & Elisha, sons of some very special friends in Auburn. Thanks to Kelly and all of her friends for making my trip SO MUCH fun! I miss you all and hope to visit again real soon!

Are those moss cupcakes in the window beside the bowling pins?
