Cherokee County has a master plan called Greenprints where they will connect the city's neighborhoods, parks and downtown areas with bike paths. I once did a pastel painting of the gravel walking/biking path at Old Rope Mill Park which is part of the Greenprints plan. This past weekend we visited the park again and the path is now concrete! It will be perfect for a bike ride. I am glad I captured the beauty of the path before it turned into concrete. You can see the difference.
